      In Canada, it seems most of our politicians go out of their way to demonstrate that they have a sense of humour, something only lately coming into play via The Daily Show south of the border.   Up north, politicians that won't play around with Rick Mercer of the 22 Minutes gang or The Air Farce generally find themselves dead in the political water.   Ah, memories of RoboCopps and Jean Chretien boring Mercer to tears over lunch at Harvey's or Deborah Grey horning onto a sound-stage on a Harley....
