      So, what's the advanced word on Gmail, the beta version of Google's email service? Check out Extreme Tech's assessment here which seems pretty through. Surprisingly not much on the notorious privacy issues in re Google's monitoring policy, but one suspects more will come on this once all this is past the beta-testing state.
