      Paul Wells' recent column on the deterioration of Canada's news systems is worth taking a look into, though I'm not sure his conclusion-- halting the protection of Canucki papers-- is necessarily the best answer. I suspect major international media outlets that might be interested in breaking into the Canadian market might be more in line with the Murdochites whose primary task seems to be the dumbing down (and titting up) of journalism.
