I assume "in a very responsible way" means "in a way only a twelve year-old can access," which should have all of those über-protective parents reconsidering the virtues of giving their kids their own phones.  (Actually, Moms and Dads: if they haven't figured out how to do it already, this won't make a difference.)  I can imagine the ad campaign now:  Reach out and touch....
